Ingredients
- 2 c quick or old fashioned rolled oats
Preparation
Step 1
Spread oats on 15 x 10 pan. Toast in 300* oven few minutes, until lightly browned. Stir occasionally so oats will toast evenly.
Note: do not use instant oatmeal. This can be sprinkled on ice cream. It can be used in cookie dough. Although not as noticeable as nuts, it will ad a nutty flavor with no added fat
