Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 c oil
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c shredded zucchini
• 2 t vanilla
• 3/4 c raisins
• 3 c flour
• 1 t cloves
• 2 t cinnamon
• 1/2 t baking powder
• 1 t salt
• 6 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs until light and fluffy. add oil and sugar. Stir in zucchini and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to egg mixture. Add raisins and chocolate chips.

Use 2 greased and floured loaf pans.

Pour equal amounts of the batter into the pans.
Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
