Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbs Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 350. Line muffin pan with liners.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well. Then stir in vanilla. Add the flour mix alternately with the milk. Beat well. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full

Bake for 15-17 Minutes
