Ingredients
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3/4 can water
- 1 tuscan pepper
- oregano
- salt pepper
- oil

Preparation
Step 1
saute oil and garlic then red and green peppers
when peppers are soft add onions
then take out oil and in the same oil saute meat
when meat is white take out with slotted spoon
in same oil add 1 can of tomato sauce, 3/4 can water and 1 tuscan pepper
cover and simmer 5 to 10 mins
take just meat out and put in pot with sauce
cover and simmer 45 mins-1 hour until tender
last ten mins add peppers, salt, pepper, oregano
