Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 cp mashed sweet potato
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbps dried cranberries
- 2 tbps melted butter
- 2 tbps beaten egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cp chopped pecans
- 1/4 cp packed brown sugar
- 2 tbls flour
- 2 tbps cold butter

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the sweet potato, sugar. cranberries, butter, egg and vanilla. Transfer to a greased shallow 2 cup baking dish.
Combine the pecans, b.sugar, and flour. Cut in butter Bake at 350 20-25 min. or until thermometer reads 160
