Strawberry Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9-10” baked pie crust
• 1 qt sliced strawberries
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 c. cornstarch
• 1 sm. Pkg strawberry jello

Preparation

Step 1

Bake pie crust, cool
Wash and slice strawberries, place in baked pie crust
Combine cornstarch and sugar in saucepan, stir in water.
Cook on low/med heat until clear.
Stir in jello pkt.
Pour over strawberries
Refrigerate
Serve with Cool Whip
