Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- butter
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion and celery in butter. Blend milk and soup. Combine all ingredients. Place in pan. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
