Marinated Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper (1 small)
  • 1 cup chopped celery (4 stalks) chopped small
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 large purple onion, chopped small
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 2 small cans tiny English peas, drained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • dash of garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring dressing ingredients to boil. Cool.
Mix salad ingredients. Pour cooled dressing over veggies, cover and refrigerate.
