Tamari Lime Tempeh

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 8 oz tempeh, sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp tamari
- Cooked brown rice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low heat.
Saute tempeh on each side, 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Remove from heat.
Place on rice and drizzle with lime and tamari.
Red Curry Almond Sauce
½ cup almond butter
½ cup water
¼ fresh lime juice or rice vinegar
2 tbsp miso
1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
2 tbsp maple syrup or agave
2 tsp thai red curry paste
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground ginger
Combine in blender.
Pour over tempeh
