Peppermint Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. white bark
  • 50 mints (crushed)
  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
  • little red food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

Melt bark over low heat. Add peppermint extract and mints. Stir well. Add food coloring, stir well. Pour into a 10 x 15 pan lined with wax paper.
Put in refrigerator until it sets up. Cut or break into pieces.
