Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1-2 cups grated cheese
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
- 1 pkg. (12-14) large tortillas (corn)
- 1 med. onion, diced, sauted or fresh
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 can milk (use soup can)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and drain. Mix sour cream, soup and milk in pan, heat. Soften tortillas, to bend, in small amount of hot shortening. On each tortilla, place 2-3 tablespoons prepared meat. Top with cheese and small amount of soup mix and onion. Roll and lay in row in pan. Pour remainder of soup mixture over rolled tortillas. Heat in 350 degree oven till hot and cheese begins to melt, about 30 minutes.
