Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 4 drops of hot chili sauce
  • Cornstarch, to coat the shrimp

Preparation

Step 1

Mix mayo and sauces for coating the shrimp.

Bread shrimp in the cornstarch.

Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown and drain on a paper towel.

Put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.

Serve in a lettuce lined bowl and top with chopped scallions. Enjoy!
