Bang Bang Shrimp are coated in mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, and hot sauce to make a close copycat version of Bonefish Grill's popular recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 4 drops of hot chili sauce
- Cornstarch, to coat the shrimp

Preparation
Step 1
Mix mayo and sauces for coating the shrimp.
Bread shrimp in the cornstarch.
Deep fry the shrimp until lightly brown and drain on a paper towel.
Put shrimp in a bowl and coat with the sauce.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl and top with chopped scallions. Enjoy!
