Sauteed Mushroom and Spinach Salad from Shaindle

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Baby spinach
  • Fresh dark mushrooms,sliced
  • sweet wine
  • 1/2-1 pt cherry tomatoes sliced in 1/2
  • glazed or toasted almonds
  • DRESSING
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 Tbs white vinegar
  • 2 Tbs sugar
  • 2 Tbs ketchup
  • minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Saute sliced mushrooms in sweet wine, dress salad right before serving
