Sage Multigrain Rice (InstantPot)

This is a gluten-free option that tastes like turkey stuffing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups multigrain rice (I use Lundberg Jubilee)
  • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
  • 1-2 tsp sage(or poultry seasoning)
  • 4 cups homemade chicken stock

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse rice, then mix all ingredients in InstantPot Pressure cooker. Cook on Multigrain setting-40 minutes.
