Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Onions
- 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 1 pkg (20 oz) Sliced Baby Bella Mushrooms, rough chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pkgs (12 ct each) Profiterole Puffs (Frozen Foods)
- Horseradish Cream Sauce -
Preparation
Step 1
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat olive oil on MED in large skillet; add onions and rosemary. Cook, stirring, 3 min, until onions are soft.
2.Add mushrooms and walnuts. Cook 12-15 min, stirring and seasoning with salt, until cooked and caramelized. Remove from heat.
3.Trim off one quarter of the top of each profiterole; reserve top. Hollow out profiterole with fingertip. Fill with about 1 tablespoon mixture; replace top.
4.Bake 4-7 min on baking sheet. Remove tops; add dollop of sauce and replace tops. Serve warm
