Meatballs with Grape Jelly and Chili Sauce

This recipe makes 60 meatballs in a sweet-spicy sauce.

Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup onion, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Oil for frying
- Sauce:
- 12 oz jar chili sauce or 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 10 oz jar grape jelly
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 9 ingredients (ground beef through Worcestershire sauce). Mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Cook in hot oil until browned, about 10-15 minutes. Cool and drain meatballs on paper towel.
Mix sauce in a chafing dish. Add meatballs. Serve with toothpicks.
