Ingredients
- 3 Tbs butter
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 cups cooked wide noodles
- 3 cups cooked turkey
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 12 oz cottage cheese
- 12 oz cheddar cheese
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan.
In medium skillet, melt butter, add peppers and onions and saute until soft. Place sauteed vegetabes in a large bowl; add noodles, turkey, soup, milk, mushrooms, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and salt. Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle witgh parmesan cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 30-45 minutes.
