Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound Velveeta, cubed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 cups crushed corn chips
- lettuce
- chopped green onoins
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into wedge

Preparation
Step 1
In skillet, cooks beef and onion and garlic, drain.
Stir in cheese, tomatoes, chili powder and cumin. Cook unil cheese is melted. Stir in corn chips.
