Macaroni & Cheese with Pimento

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Box of Macaroni
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Dukes Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onions
  • 1/4 cup Diced Pimentos
  • 1 lb. Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • (Can use Cream of Chicken Soup if desired or try Nacho cheese mixture for cheese)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Boil Macaroni as shown on box

Saute onions and pimentos in 3 tablespoons of butter for about 10 minutes while pasta is boiling.

Drain macaroni according to box.

In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, onions and pimentos, soup, mayonnaise and cheese. Stir thorough.

Place into greased casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
