Ingredients

  • 1 Cup milk
  • 3/4 Cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 Tablespoon melted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar if dessert crepes
  • butter or oil for pan

Preparation

Step 1

1. In blender mix all ingredients until consistency of heavy cream

2. Let rest for 30 minutes or overnight in the refridgerator.

3. Usig 6-8 inch crepe pan, make the crepes. Turn out on a cotton dishtowel until cool.
