Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk Pure Almond Light Vanilla
- 2 chamomile tea bags
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 2 tsp honey or agave
- 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
1.Heat Silk and tea bags in microwave or stovetop. Cover and let steep for 10 minutes. Chill.
2.Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and dreamy, about 2 minutes.
