Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon butter, margarine, or shortening
- 1 beaten eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon + 1 dash active dry yeast
Preparation
Step 1
1. In bread machine add ingredients as listed. Turn machine on to dough setting. Push start.
2. When finished, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
3. Knead. Divide dough in 5 even pieces. Cover; let rest for 10 minutes.
4. Shape the dough into desired rolls and place on prepared baking sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place until nearly double in size (about 30 minutes).
5. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 10to 12 minutes or until golden. Immediately remove rolls from pans. Cool on wire racks. Makes 5 rolls.
