Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp coarsley ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine cheese with pepper in a small bowl
2. Heat a small non stick skillet over medium heat. Evenly sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese mixture in pan to form a 6 inch circle, cook uncovered 1-2 minutes or until bubbly and edges are golden brown
3.Remove pan from heat;let stand for 15 seconds
4. Gently using a spatula,remove cheese and immediately drape over an inverted 4oz ramekin, Press gently to form a bowl. Cool completely. repeat with remaining cheese, making eight bowls
