Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk, almond milk or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten free if available)
- 1 banana, peeled and broken into chunks
- 12 strawberries, hulled (organic; fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein powder (or serving size suggested on the container)
