Ingredients
- 4 C. Pioneer or Bisquik Biscuit Mix
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 C. club soda
- ½ stick butter, melted
- ● Combine first 3 ingredients and mix.
- ● Turn lightly on floured waxed paper and pat out with hand (mixture is too sticky to use rolling pin). Place in greased pan.
- ● Spoon ½ of the melted butter over biscuits before baking.
- ● Bake @ 400F to desired brownness.

● Spoon remainder of butter over biscuits as soon as they come out of the oven.
