- Crust: 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups sifted flour
- Filling: 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can of almond paste
- 1/2 tsp almond extract

Step 1
Crust: Mix together 1 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of sugar. When fluffy, beat in 1 egg and 1tsp vanilla. Then stir in 2 cups flour.
Press into small muffin tins or traditional sandekake tins.
Filling: Beat 2 eggs until foamy. Add 1/2 cup sugar, almond paste (crumble first) and almond flavor. Spoon into tins over crust.
Bake at 325 for approximately 15 minutes or until the filling is barely golden brown.
