Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 can whole kernel corn
• mashed potatoes, boxed or homemade
• butter
• american cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Brown ground beef
3. Meanwhile, make mashed potatoes
4. Put beef in a pie plate, and pour drained corn over the beef
5. Smooth mashed potatoes over the beef and corn
6. Put a few pats of butter and slices of cheese on the mashed potatoes
7. Bake for 15 minutes, then put under broiler for a minute or two to brown the cheese
