Corn Pudding (Ginny's)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 3/4 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup corn meal
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes, serve.
