Ingredients
- 4 c flour
- 3 c sugar
- 1 c margarine
- 2 c sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt 1-2 c nuts (chopped pecans)
- 6 Tbsp instant coffee 1-2 c chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp hot water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour pans.
2. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Set aside.
3. Combine coffee & hot water. Set aside.
4. Cream together sugar & margarine. Add sour cream & eggs & beat until smooth.
5. Add flour mixture a little at a time until combined.
6. Add coffee mixture.
7. Add nuts & chips as you wish & make sure all is well incorporated.
8. Pour into pans.
Bake 65-70 minutes.
