Salsa for Dipping

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of corn sauteed in oil
  • 2-4 Cyrano Peppers whole
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1-2 avacados
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1/2 cup of lime juice
  • salt, pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in food processor until optimal consistency. Add in corn and black beans. Refrigerate overnight to firm.
