Ingredients

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees
  • 9 in pie shell unbaked
  • 1 package (4oz) Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate Squares - broken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
  • 3 eggs - slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave butter and chocolate 1-2 minutes - stir until melted
Stir in sugar, syrup, eggs, vanilla until well blended
Stir in pecans.
Pour in pie shell
Bake 50 minutes or until filling is firm
