Biscuits and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pork
  • 3 Tbl flour
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Fry pork. Add flour to drippings. Add seasoning and salt. Add milk and cook until thickened. Add sausage and cook until hot.

Serve over biscuits.
