Ingredients

  • 1 box supermoist yellow pudding cake mix
  • 1 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbs. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, & oil until crumbly, reserve 1 cup.
Pat remaining mixture lightly into ungreased 13" x 9" pan.
Bake for 15 min. at 350.
Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice, & one egg until smooth.
Spread over baked layer.
Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake 15 min. at 350 & let cool.
