Ingredients

• 1/4 C cornmeal
• 1 tsp. dried thyme
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
• cajun seasonings
• 1/2 tsp. paprika
• 4-4 oz. catfish filets

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray the vegetable oil over the baking sheet 3 times to coat. Combine all ingredients except catfish and paprika. Mix well and dredge the catfish in the seasonings. Place on Pam coated cookie sheet and dust with paprika. Bake 400 degrees on LOWEST shelve of over for 20 minutes. Lower the oven to 350 dgrees and bake for about 5 minutes more ur until fish flakes easily.
