- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp cream of tarter

Step 1
Mix butter, confectioner's sugar, egg, vanilla and almond extract. Stir in flour, soda and cream of tartar. Cover; chill 2-3 hours. Roll out, cut into desired shapes.
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 375 degree for 7-8 min. Remove immediately from baking sheet; cool.
