Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

• Crust
• 1-1/4 c chocolate cookie crumbs (20 cookies)
• 1/4 c sugar
• 1/4 c butter, melted
• Filling
• 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 1 c creamy peanut butter
• 1 c sugar
• 1 Tbsp butter, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 c heavy cream, whipped
• (I used a store-bought pre-made Oreo cookie crumb crust.
• In some places you can buy prepackaged Oreo cookie crumbs.)

Preparation

Step 1

Crust
Combine all ingredients & press into a 9" pie plate.

Bake at 375 F for 10 min. Cool.

Filling
In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter & vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.

Spoon into crust.

Refrigerate.
