Ingredients

  • 2 pounds 2 pounds ground beef (I use 4% fat)
  • 1 cup 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 2 2 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoon 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon mashed garlic (optional)

Cooking time 60mins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together gently.
Form into a loaf and place in baking dish or loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, 10 minutes.
Wait until meatloaf cools before slicing.
