A basic meatloaf with ground beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, chopped onion, and seasonings. You can substitute 1 pound of 1% fat turkey for even lower calorie and fat recipe

Ingredients
- 2pounds2 pounds ground beef (I use 4% fat)
- 1cup1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2cup1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups chopped onion
- 22 egg, beaten
- 2teaspoon2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon mashed garlic (optional)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together gently.
Form into a loaf and place in baking dish or loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, 10 minutes.
Wait until meatloaf cools before slicing.
