  • 2 tbls Creole Mustard
  • 2 tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbls Louisana Style Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbls Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Worcesterchire Sauce
  • 4 Medium Scallions Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbls Finely Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbls Finely Chopped Green Olives
  • 1 tbls Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbls Minced Celery
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Finley Chopped Capers
