Ingredients
- 15 oz can beets
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Drain liquid from beets. Cook liquid, sugar & vinegat to boil. Simmer 15 minutes. Pour over beets + eggs. Refrigerate 1-3 days.
