Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled and broken into chunks
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 6 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder (or serving size suggested on the container)

In a blender, process all ingredients until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender container with a rubber spatula.
