Pumpernickel Bread Boat Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonaise
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 3 T. Beaumonde
  • 1 & 1/2 t. dill
  • 3 T. minced onion
  • 3 T. parsley
  • 1 lb. chipped beef, cut up
  • 2 loaves bread round, pumpernickel

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except bread. Refridgerate overnight. Hollow out 1 loaf and place dip in loaf. Cube 2nd loaf for dipping.
