LOUDENNIS’ PRETZELS

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c warm water
  • 3 1/2 c flour
  • 2 T active dry yeast
  • 3 1/2 c occident flour
  • 2/3 c brown sugar
  • pretzel salt

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add remainind ingredients. Let rise ½ hour. Shape into pretzels. Dip in 3 c water and 3 T baking soda. Pat dry on paper towel. Sprinkle on pretzel salt. 350, 6-8 minutes. Dip in melted butter.
