Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 + 1/8 c margarine
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c 10X sugar
- 2-3 oz instant lemon pudding
- 3 c milk
Preparation
Step 1
Work together flour and margarine as for pie crust. Then work in 1/2 c chopped nuts. Press into pan. Bake 375, 15 minutes and let cool.
Beat together 1 c Cool Whip and cream cheese and spread over first layer.
Mix lemon pudding with milk. Whip until thick and spread.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
