Ingredients
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 c (3 oz.) grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 stick butter/margarine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c milk
- 8 oz. fettucini noodles, cooked, drained
Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan heat garlic in butter until lightly browned. Add cream cheese, parmesan cheese and milk.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Add fettucini; toss lightly.
