Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/8 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 2 lb pork sausage
- 1 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1 lb ground ham
Preparation
Step 1
Combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs and pepper. Crumble in pork and ham. Shape into balls. Scoop with ice cream scoop. Bake 350, cover for 30 minutes.
GLAZE:
2 c brown sugar, 3 T ground mustard, 2/3 c white vinegar. Pour ½ over, uncover 30 minutes. Pour all 10 minutes. Only make one go on Christmas Eve.
