HOT FUDGE SAUCE (MOTHER’S)

  • 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 5 T butter
  • 3 c 10X sugar
  • 1 c evaporated milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter over low heat. Add chocolate. When it is melted remove from heat and add sugar and milk. Return to stove and cook 8-10 minutes. (Full boil) Stir while cooking. Add vanilla.
