OREO & FUDGE ICE CREAM “CAKE”

Ingredients

• 1/2 c fudge ice cream topping, warmed
• 8 oz Cool Whip
• 1 pkg Jell-o chocolate instant pudding
• 8 oreo cookies, crushed
• 12 ice cream sandwiches

Preparation

Step 1

Mix fudge topping & 1 c Cool Whip. Add pudding mix. Stir in Oreos. Add ¼ c milk if not “spreading consistency”. On tin foil, arrange 4 sandwiches side by side, spread ½ pudding mixture, 4 sandwiches, pudding mixture, 4 sandwiches. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Cover with foil & freeze at least 4 hours.
