Oven roasted beef

Ingredients

• 3 pound roast beef
• Make a paste of garlic , salt ,pepper ,paprika ,garlic powder
• Rub into me and let sit for about half an hour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°. Place roast in pan and a drop of water on the bottom of the pan along with some red wine
Roast in oven 20 minutes per pound.

Remove from oven cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 15 to 20 minutes
