MILK SHAKE

  • 2 cups non-fat milk {17oz}
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa {.75oz}
  • 3/4 cup low fat Ricotta {186g}

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in the blender, blend until smooth, and you've got a thick chocolate shake. If it's not thick enough, you can put it in the freezer for a while and it's even better!

Also experiment with adding ice cubes. Take out the ricotta, add 12 ice cubes, and you've got a frappacino. Put in ice cubes and ricotta, and you have yet another variation.
