- 11 oz whole kernel corn drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 box jiffy corn mix

Beat eggs, milk and butter. Add corn and muffin mix. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
